PSG were bought for around £50m if my google sources are correct
We were bought for £210m
Newcastle £305m

Good investments and the clubs will all be worth a lot more now

Would be hard to say the same when a club is valued at 5 or 6 billion!

Also how much do the united fans who are wanting new owners want to spend in the transfer market? Given that they’ve spent well over a billion in the past year and not get very far with it
I’m sure I’ve just seen 8 Billion quoted on SSN nearly spat my brew out.

It's dead. The UK gov won't let British clubs join, Germany is out and PSG bet on UEFA.

Barca, Real and Juve are on their own.

And if you think the new CL format is anything like the superleague the Glazers and FSG want, you've not been paying attention. They need a ringfenced league without relegation, that's what drives the huge profits and inflation of club values in the NBA & NFL.
The Super League is also dead because there is no real appetite for it among supporters, even amongst most of the clubs that would be ‘eligible’, Barca and Real apart.

That was the biggest error of judgement by the main protagonists.

1 day.

1 whole fucking day after it is announced CR37 has parted ways with TWGC (can someone show me how to do the small raised 'TM'?), and now he is sanctioned for slapping and breaking a kids phone at Goodison about a year ago?

It's almost as if he has lost his cloak of invincibility - unbelievable.............!
His act was disgraceful and showed him up for the petulant and frustrated has been he has now become.
The timing of the ban is laughable given the span of time since the incident.
I’m almost inclined to let him off the two games given the shit show he has constructed.
The one and only comedy club is alive and kicking.

As much as it takes to buy success.
If they and City have spent £1.5 billion over the past 10-12 years and the Glazers taken a similar amount, then their fans want owners who would have spent £3 billion on the team under the same circumstances.
They bought almost all their success in the PL era (as did City, Arsenal, Chelsea etc) and don't like it when other clubs can equal their spending.
