It was one thing boycotting Sharp, AON, Chevrolet etc over the years, but Apple would be problematic in our household, to say the least. Everyone's phones would have to get binned for a start. For this reason alone, it mustn't happen.

Fuck Apple, I'd be willing to boycott air or water if necessary. Still won't buy anything made by Sharp.

Would love to see what businesses think they get from sponsorship deals, especially if they're already known. At best, the fans of the club feels more warmly towards you, but I've not owned a Saab or anything by Brother, but you do manage to piss off millions of other potential customers.

That is essentially a propaganda article for Saudi Arabia from Dan Roan who has spent the last decade writing vile and biased articles about our owner. Also bear in mind that Abu Dhabi is one of the most liberal regimes in the entire Middle East, especially compared to Saudi. So why has Roan and his BBC pals been so selective and vicious with his coverage of City?

Buying the rags will not be a business investment just a vanity purchase The cost and the need for investment doesn’t make sense if looking for returns. Knowing if it doesn’t go well will mean the feral rats will turn on you in no time, might start affecting your life and other business interests. Makes more sense to buy the likes of Everton and “do a City” pay £200m invest £1B but sell 30% to get a fair chunk back and have 70% of an asset worth >£3B
Doubtful that Apple or any tech company will buy it wouldnt make any sense

I've been reading the caf since the sale news broke and most of them have resigned themselves to the new buyer being a 'businessman' and actually wanting to make a profit. They seem to be ok with this.
However, what they don't seem to have worked out are there is only 2 ways for the owner to make a profit.

1) Take divedends. This is what they hate about the glazers and the new sale would be for a large amount so would need higher dividends to make it work.

2) increase the value of the club and sell it on. This will be tricky as the glazers will be demanding absolute top dollar. The even newer owner would then have the same problem of needing a profit and would again just have the same two options.
