But he is a poor player, gets caught out of position and then wrestles his opponent and his lack of awareness for the first goal was equally his fault as he called for the ball without checking he was free. John Stones has taken the rap for him when playing for England despite being the one that makes him look ok in an England shirt .Slabhead was built up to be something he isn’t simply because the rags paid so much for him and the media tried to justify his price paid for by their media darlings
Hes not awful, there’s probably a solid mid table defender in him. He does seem to be very very unlucky though. Leicester is his level.

Hes not the Lord Mayor of Manchester which is a ceremonial role
He is in fact the Mayor of Greater Manchester a political position which includes Trafford where the rags are from He gave the pope the shirt of his fellow country man apparently he was disappointed not to get a Sergio Aguero shirt
He was able to get the Martinez shirt from the boys section so it was cheaper. I hope whoever is doing his expenses looks into that.

I find the scapegoating/narrative of Maguire very disturbing.

It's become a national thing, with the mainstream and social media taking it in turns to pick up the baton.

It's bullying, pure and simple.

He's made a few mistakes, but he's conveniently carrying the can for a club and a supporter base looking for anything to excuse away how shit they are.

Sancho and Anthony cost a combined £160m and have been nothing short of lamentable.

The Glazers are accused of all sorts, yet they consistently ensure United are one of the top spenders and sanctioned a record £300m splurge last summer.

Maguire is the main target on the back pages today when anyone with a brain knows De Gea was at fault for two goals.

People even cite his looks. A bunch of fucking shitbags looking for an easy pile-on, when they wouldn't fucking dare to do it to his face.

One day a player is going to be taken to the brink and then all these pricks will all clutch their pearls and ask what we can do to avoid a tragedy in the future?

Maguire is having a bad time of it, but most people will at some stage, when nothing seems to go right.

He's a dad, a husband, a son.

United and their sycophants all need to look closer to home, starting with their entitlement.
It's a good job for his mental state he doesn't play for City as it would be a lot worse.

Has anyone noticed every time united get a beating (quite often) gary Neville tweets about the Tory’s the next morning!
He totally ignores the football everyone is talking about
He is a master politician…..deflection is his art form
Very quiet these days on Qatar criticism as well isn’t he

Sevilla are 13th in La Liga, i think the strength of the premier league is hugely overstated

Personally, I think it's the strength of Manchester United that gets regularly overstated. By the media. Because it's good for sales in the U.K., and good for clicks in Brisbane and Kuala Lumpur.
