He hasn't played well for years. Rashford is the latest in a long line of young players who is overhyped and never fulfilled his potential. He is fast but his awarenes and decison-making is sub-standard. Perhaps he could have done better at another club but there are no guarantees of success.
Jadon Sancho is similar. I thought he was overhyped at City and, apart from one good season in Germany, has not shown anything special. Tearing apart pub teams like Kosovo for England is meaningless.
