They're buying it off plan. Then they've got to rebuild it. But the club itself have put the building restrictions in place.I thought buying a house took ages, seems buying the rags takes just as long.

Also selling to someone who clearly doesn't have the funds in place.

No congratulations, welcome to the club etc..
First thing he said was "Pep will leave now and you'll be fucked.."
And..
"I can see Haaland going Madrid now..."
Told him "the bald fraud will haunt you for the length of his contract at least.
And why would he and Erling go anywhere else? We are the best team in the land and all the world".
Nothing more to say so he changed the subject to golf.
