I’ve been waiting for this crunch time.

They have tried TWICE already with project big picture and ESL for improvements to OT to be paid by a joint pot of money as they are not putting money in themselves to pay for it (and why should they, bar a few lucky ones club pay for it).

The obvious is a loan, but United fans will not have this.

So a lever which is no doubt a more expensive loan is probably the best way.
