Perhaps it is you that is doing it wrong @mat with the RMT.
'Family reasons mean that 25,000 of our workers cannot come in next Tuesday. If the management were to offer a 6.2% increase in basic wages these family issues would be avoided and although we are not contractually bound to travel to Thailand, we would go to Milton Keynes and other shit places'
