Watching the game last night the way they are ref’d compared to us is night and day. They can get away with loads of late, niggles and even worse (see the buck toothed twat’s challenge, could have been a red) and they hardly get punished. This lets them build momentum in games and cover up some of their deficiencies. In contrast we breath on someone and it’s a foul, breaking momentum and allowing the opponents to reset. If we had a level playing field we would smash every single record out there and we don’t do too bad with the refs the way they are. Rant over
