It's the going rate for clubs that don't have a fit for purpose scouting system. Their new striker and goalkeeper were bought for loose change last year, the rags have just paid aprrox 120M for them. Part of their problem is that their fan base crave the big money signings and wouldn't put up with them signing prospects.

Its just a Serie A thing, think a lot of the stadiums are old and crumbling and have reduced capacity.
