the reports were Gazza absolutely battered his missus, I think the question was how did they get away with it & I tried to answer a few pages back if you see.

Rags have to sack him as far as I’m concerned but I do think it’s a genuine question, what does he do for the rest of his life? If no club, no company employs him what does society do with him.

I don’t have an answer & im stood in the crowd with a pitchfork.

Edited with Gazza story shows they’ve never had moral compass but things were easier to hide.

He’ll be sold to Saudi for big bucks

I would never trivialise an issue like this by making it tribal. I do actually think it’s noteworthy that a club as high profile as United have had three domestic abuse cases/allegations for senior players in as many years. Given the relatively low number of first team players clubs actually have, it merits discussion imo. Just saying it’s “a men problem, simple as” is pretty simplistic in itself.
So you actually believe these men might have done what they are alleged to have done because they are/were employed by United? Not just because of who they are?

I’m actually disgusted this “rapist” “abuser” could be playing Premier League football again. Have that club got no shame?

If it’s only going to cost the rags 7M I find it concerning they would rather back an abuser than woman (football fans) being abused by a rapist.
I'm disgusted that his return, or not, seems to depend on the 3 footballers out in Australia. That implies the men's team are happy for him to return.
There must be 200 employees at the swamp what have they said ? Why wait for 3 women to finish playing before making a decision.
Shameful.

I’ve just finished Ged Duffy‘s book of Stockholm Monsters fame and he covers the United treble season extensively. Hilariously he finishes the chapter with this nugget.

”Both City and Liverpool have had seasons where they’ve won 3 trophies, but no other club has won the 3 biggest trophies in one season. This has never been done before and I guess it will never be done again”

Priceless.

I keep reading on here how bad it will be for the rags if Greenwood is brought back. I find it had to believe that the press/media as a whole will turn on the rags. I just dont see it.
I can see the press/media spinning the 'he deserves another chance he is young ' etc.
If the press/media were going to give the rags a hard time over Greenwood it would have happened by now. The fact that the rags are still thinking about what to do with Greenwood should be enough for the press/media to pile in.

This type of poor behaviour towards women seems to be rife at the rags. When does it get investigated ?

I just get the feeling that Greenwood will play again for the rags, the press/media will help utd ride out the outcry.

I would like to think I am wrong. I would like to think the rags ladies team all hand in transfer requests. I like to think rags, ladies fans walk away from the club but I cant see it.

The fact the rags are taking so long to decide what to do tells me all I need to know.
