It really is a struggle to see what his attributes are isn't it.

Most of his buys have looked poor to abysmal.
He has no discernible tactics other than park the bus hoofball.
He has no discernible personality or charisma or man management or motivational skills.
He frequently criticises his players in public, both the team as a whole and individuals.
His in game management looks non-existent and his substitutions always look poor, he just stands there with a serious look on his face but is never capable of giving out instructions and changing things on the pitch.

To be fair his substitutions will look poor have you seen the state of their squad
