Again.. take a quick look around the world.. more and more fans are wearing City shirts.. WHY..

a. Because they all stood on the kippax and there grandads all loved Rodney Marsh.
B. Because City happen of won loads of trophies last 10 years and everyone loves to be linked with a winning brand.
I have literally no idea what you are talking about but whatever it is it is not the same conversation I am having.

Needed to nip out and get stuff for work from the local supermarket and put talk sport on.
Goldbridge.
Within 2 minutes I'd switched off when he came out with this classic:

"The Premier League is full of the best players from around the world, we have Belgium's Kevin de Bruyne, Denmark's Rasmus Hojlund... " (off button)

How does he keep a straight face when saying it?

They are both winning brands fame wise.. a successful brand is not just about trophies.. When was the last time Ferrari won the drivers championship.. but they are still a successful winning brand.. same with Dallas Cowboys.. hardly ever win the Super Bowl but still number 1 team and would cost most to buy.
Ferrari making amazing road cars and have fans who aren’t interested in the motor sport

Have to disagree.. Crystal Palace knocking United or Liverpool off there perch by winning a League would be a massive turn off unless you are a Palace supporter.. like I say people want to be associated with winning brands.. if you were selling tv rights to Bangkok or Malaysia how would you get the premium price for it if West Ham were top dogs when three quarters of your population would probably support either United or Liverpool, they wouldn’t pay to watch West Ham dominate no way.
Glory hunters want to be associated with winning brands. Its the clubs with the most gloryhunting plastic sheep following them that loyal fans of other clubs (which vastly outnumber gloryhunters) revel in seeing fail the most.

You are blind to that though.

Listen bellend.. I am no gloryhunter you will soon witness Gloryhunting in about 10 years time when you won’t be able to buy tickets and when you can it will cost you an arm and a leg..
The reason I turned my back on Liverpool is because they disgust me how they have treated local support over the years.. they lifted there skirt to Out of Town and foreign fans to the extent only 6k of the home support is local..
If I had a wish it would be Liverpool get relagated that way it would flush all these gloryhunters out and they could then switch to City or whoever else is winning. I might even return to the fold if the Club was returned back to the City of Liverpool and its people instead of being just another yank franchise..
So please.. never call me a gloryhunter.. last thing I am.. I am a local forced out by the global.. SKY sports modern supporter brigade.
Fucksake, poor lamb.

Cry me a river.

I agree with this part, go over to Ticket Exchange pages on here and that is apparent

CL games at home are sometimes the worst.

I am fortunate, i have a season ticket and loyalty points so i can still get tickets whenever i want and pay reasonable prices but it is changing fast

Average single match day tickets in the PL are now at least £70 - that is a disgrace however I saw a piece which said PL demand is higher now than ever for all clubs so people will pay for that once a season, family day out

I know for a fact in the 70's when my dad took me to my first games if it was costing him for one game I bet at least half a weeks wages, there is no way I would be as hooked as i am now because we would simply not have gone

Family of 4 (2 adults / 2 kids) I bet is £220 just to get in the ground.
I've been trying to get my lad tickets for a few years now, not easy.

But we've got a new development to look forward to, and I'm sure anyone that wants a season ticket will get one.

Match day prices are really bad and I'd support any move to make them more affordable.

Some Irish rag rang up 606 and went on a big Ten Rag out rant and said the should never have sacked the PE teacher.

And this was after a win.

Absolutely hilarious, I love this time of year when it’s the annual United meltdown.

So I saw the rags won today and it is all good, they are trying to settle themselves down to mediocrity, but then I saw this:

It is so clearly in play. The moral of the story is that, we all have scum friends....but we have to support them for what they are going through; (Complete and utter delusion, trying to justify the crusade that they are on), and even worse....what they are about to go through.
