This. no?

Trawlers Limited is a company registered under the laws of Isle of Man, and is completely owned by Sir Jim Ratcliffe.
Ratcliffe had said from the beginning that he wouldn’t use any of INEOS’ funds to purchase the 25% stake in United and that seems to be the case here.
Essentially, a company vehicle has been created to oversee the deal and in practice, United will be owned by Trawlers Limited, with Sir Jim Ratcliffe as the CEO.
INEOS will have no interference, or have its funds used in the running of United and they will remain two separate entities.

Edit: If that is right, I hope all these people, like Brailsford, who will be helping United aren't being paid by Ineos Sport. That would be very bad, as we know about Mancini ......
Happy to be corrected and have looked up trawlers Ltd. Bring IOM registered won't bring any transparency. I just thought rags would be part of the wider ineos sport portfolio

Scruffy Jim really thinks we're thick.

His crusade is to get the government to build a national stadium in Manchester that he can move the scum into. Then do a deal with Mayor Of Manchester G.Neville to pay fuck all rent and keep the profits, whilst splitting the dividends on selling the land the swamp is current on. Making them billions whilst the rags stay in debt as an entity.

No doubt Ashton will be getting his media mates to lobby for it.

He's looking towards getting a government/council to stump up towards the ground on the basis it will be the Wembley of the North and regenerate South Manchester.

It's not even in fucking South Manchester. Bet the fucker gets away with it. He's even claiming they could have England games and FA cup finals there.
With such a level of knowledge as this, I can't see the rags challenging for the prem title anytime soon.
Hopefully they'll never win it again!

Just to let you all know that to state that Jim is in favour of brexit, is domiciled in Monaco for tax reasons and his manyoo shares were purchased via a company registered in the IOM is off topic

Removed as off topic in the bbc hys on cuddly Jim's presser. I understand Dan roan gave him a hard time!! Honest

Forget the bollocks of a 3-year plan to putting United back on the map or a new stadium ?
Jim's £1.5billion 25% investment will not be seen as a problem and not BAD for Football. But most of that money will be going right out the door before it is even cleared by the banks and Not on clearing anything of the Debt

So how can 3-year losses and debt of £1.5billion be turned into a 3-year plan to rebuild United, First of all, FFP will be adding a big fine or point deduction if the Premier League have the bollocks to use the punishment set in the rules.

Forget Wembley of the North being built by the Government for United, Manchester City has already Rebuilt a New Stadium Rebuilt East Manchester with Housing Schools Jobs, Done more for Manchester and the UK economy than the uk government, and we are still called CHEATS and Bad for Football

The Begging Club, how the so called mighty have fallen. It's a pity the tax payer couldn't bail the likes of Bury out.
They could have, a lot of Burys debt was to HMRC. And I suggest that a lot of clubs have had issues paying taxes. Yet the biggest club in the world want a tax hand out?
