Amorin is relatively inexperienced so he may see going there as a real chance to show he can do something ....or as a stepping stone to something bigger (which would be hilarious)
I guess the other way to look at it is that whoever does come to city when Pep leaves will initially be in the shadow of the most successful manager not only for us but anywhere in world football - again someone of lesser experience might not fancy that.
Whoever takes on City after Pep is going to have to deal with that shadow....if they come in and inherit a title winning team no matter what success they have you just know that the media will spin it as its been done off of Peps back - but does the new man come in and risk changing things (which we know wont work as the whole club from under 6's to first team is set up to play in one way - Peps style) - there are a lot of coaches who might not fancy that....
its going to take someone of not just immense ability but also a fantastically strong individuality and personality to take over from Pep......its almost a thankless job

I think the one redeeming feature is that we have the finished article in the overall set up. I get the feeling that the next manager will be right and will fit within the system we have from the off. We have strong foundations in place.
