Trying to work out where I reckon these will finish this season.

I think top 4 is well out of the equation, as they're fighting for one spot, and I think Villa, Chelsea and Spurs will likely finish above them.

My guess is they'll finish 7th again, potentially 8th if there is another side that is consistent all season ie Brighton or Newcastle.
Wherever they end up outside the top 4, it will never be picked apart like it should be.
Would imagine they have one of the top 4 costliest squads, but it will never get mentioned.
Only problem will be when they sack Ten Bob, if they appoint a good manager...

How does a professional footballer want to tackle like that ? Why would you want to possible seriously injury another player ?

Absolute barn door cheating. No other words for it. We'll see what the snivelling fanny Lineker and his team of lickspittles has to say about it on motd.
Problem is with it being a dull nil nil it will be on at the arse end of the programme which will go into overdrive about the dippers magnificent win and take up a fair wedge.

I agree that no one seems to have the bollocks to actually say it how it is when it comes to United, what they've spent over the last few years, and what their trajectory is looking like.

To me they just look like they're going around in circles, every season looks the same and nothing changes.

Meanwhile, some other sides are showing signs of progressing. Villa and Chelsea will definitely finish above them, which leaves them 6th at best; wouldn't take much for them to finish 7th or 8th.

A draw with Palace away is a triumph for them these days. Uber clowns,
