I actually didn’t think it was a red, but this is ridiculous
I thought they didn’t want to re referee the games?

The ref has looked it and said red
The VAR has looked at it and not overturned it
Now it’s been looked at again - literally after the game has finished - and been overturned
I was thinking, would this ever work in reverse? im talking specifically about a tackle similar to this one.

Ref gives a yellow, VAR reviews it but doesnt feel it to be a "clear and obvious error" and then changed to a red later?

Do not give rag players cards however deserved they are, as you will only be undermined and humiliated by your bosses.
I thought it was a bit harsh. Not forceful but clearly high and out of control. Subjective and best person to judge those nearest the action, ie the match officials. Future decisions strongly influenced from now on

Nah, the game is corrupt and only a certain couple of teams ever benefit funnily enough.

There’s not one single fucking reason for that to be rescinded. Even if we blame the slip, he still had ample time to prevent his stud’s raking down Maddison’s leg.

Cunts.
In the modern game it’s 100% a red card, Utd are stuck in the 90s and the FA are appeasing them

It isnt about whats right or wrong, or what is fair or not. Its ALL about having media support. You have the voices in the media and you can make changes like rescinding red cards.

There's a flip side to it, Neville/Scholes/etc do put the boot in and add to the media circus but when things ARE going their way, when they ARE in contention for titles etc... dont forget the power they have to get decisions changed.
