Also ensuring teams that are below them stay there, so "favours" done to teams that are playing the clubs below the scum so there is a cushion between scum and the clubs below . There are lots of ways of ensuring the scum stay in the prem, even if their form is actually relegation form and they should be relegated . I guess you are looking through the window that shows the prem as being squeaky clean and above board , never use that window !!
