It was called City! The Nationwide book was as shown by that picture, but the series on TV was called City!

Good old MEN have labelled a picture of the '69 F.A. Cup final team as the '70 League Cup winning team. There's a big clue in the hands of Neil Young and Tommy Booth. Not to mention that Corrigan was the keeper in 70. You'd think a local paper would get it right. Mind you, it is the MEN.
