Yes good spot. Knock 50 years off him, stick a tartan tank top over the shirt and it could be the kid from the Sullivans also. Proper professional outfit we looked in those days.

Thanks but I'm not sure that's it that's 1981 think the BBC one is from round about 1976_77 ish
