It’s quite telling the poor old guy falls over and the first thoughts for some are, Trump fans will be all over this instead of is he ok and is something wrong?

I’ve no skin in this game but the guy is clearly way too old to be shouldering the burden and responsibility of being President.

No way he is capable of another full term.

The absolute state of politics over there , if you so much as mention bidens obvious fragility it somehow makes you a trump fan.
It seems impossible for some of our US friends on here to grasp that it is perfectly reasonable to think trump is a deranged loon who should be in prison while also acknowledging that Biden is unfit for anything other than retirement. Biden seems to me to be the best and most statesmanlike option just because he has managed to rise above the twitter style witch hunt that the rest of the democrats have become sucked into. He may be geriatric, but he has enough sense and experience to realise that trump and the maga crowd feed off hate, victimhood and attention.

Sadly we live in a time where people would rather take a video of someone in distress and post it on Facebook, rather than help the person.

Biden's mother lived for 92 years, his father lived for 86 years. As far as I can tell there's no record of dementia in Biden's family history.

If Biden wins reelection and serves out his entire term, he will be 86 years old at the end of his presidency.

The right-wing attack on Biden as being too old and senile has been going on some time. Here's a politifact article debunking the claim:

I don't think that Biden is in mental decline. I do think that Biden is physically and mentally fit for office. However, Biden's family history suggests to me that age can't be completely dismissed as a concern.
