Someone needs to tell her that Canada doesnt control its own climate, that isnt how it works. Its a global kind of thing. And that global climate change is probably the reason behind the fires so early in the season

Theory is Roberts and Kavanaugh realize that post-Dobbs the other four are over the edge, full-on MAGA, even bought and paid for, and they are trying to return the court to rationality. Not sure if that’s right but I believe I did spend many hours discussing how even those who appear on the surface to be ideologues but have a career of responsible jurisprudence have historically found themselves rebalancing the court when it leans too far. That’s happened often regardless of the court’s lean, left or right.
