Wy the fuck does this guy keep taking the hits for Tango Capone?
Leverage. Trump has something on him.
Well.... That didn't last long.

Took payment in kind for a lot of things including his kids school fees and he never declared the tax.Leverage. Trump has something on him.
I think I hear pitch forks…
It’s this right here: self-preservation. For the lunatic whack jobs, it was about “burn it all down” and policies specifically designed to advance radical conservatism and/or owning libs. But for nearly all the rest — so many former regular or moderate conservatives who lurched in a Trumpian direction as they eagerly sought electoral approval from the deplorables to continue their political grifts, it’s about ensuring they keep their gigs.
This party has completely divorced itself from what is good for people and the nation — which we can argue about, but which should be the goal of policy and politics generally regardless of party — and devolved into a cacophony of backbiting and self-interest-driven internal shouting matches. Sooner or later, a Republican will physically assault another. Guaranteed.
All Democrats need to do is sit back and watch them light each other on fire until the fuel is exhausted and they are all dead. Then cherry-pick and co-opt the choice parts of their platform that resonate with moderates. Just as Bill Clinton did. Stay away from and above the fray. The criticisms of Biden by the way are ringing more and more hollow every day and the internal strife in the GOP is sucking up all the media oxygen right now.
This is from back in late July:I wonder how well fundraising is going for the middle rank moderate Republicans. If you assume most of the money they would raise would come from wealthy business types looking for stature and influence in Washington.
Then it's now clear they can't even influence themselves to get their shut together. Why would you pay to play in that circus.
Trump will continue to rake it in from his deluded base but that's going to all go on legal fees.
Haven't seen any figures but I can only imagine that financially the GOP will be in a mess.
