Interesting piece on Meidas Touch says that the new voter registrations are overwhelmingly by the young and the non white, who are likely to vote en masse for Harris. They are not reflected in the polls as they do not yet appear on voter rolls. When they do, it may make a difference to poll results if the pollsters pick them up.

So in a 2 horse race, who got the other 1.9% vote and who got the other 1/3rd?

Write-ins, spoiled, you name it…and 1/3 didn’t bother voting.
