For all those bemoaning the pardoning of Hunter Biden after he committed the heinous crimes of incorrectly filling out a gun licence application, and failure to pay taxes (which were paid back in full, with interest and fines) at the height of his addiction to drugs, crimes which are rarely prosecuted, and considering the incoming Trump administration had him in their sights for further prosecutions, at least Joe Biden didn't offer him the position of Ambassador to France.

A Georgia Judge (a Democrat) has ordered Fani Willis to turn over any and all communications between her office and Jack Smith or the Democrat January 6th Committee to Judicial Watch. She has 5 days. She must also pay attorneys fees.

You think people are really upset at the pardon? A pardon whose scope is the stuff of Nixon. A pardon that screams it's an admission of guilt about the Ukraine etc. WE'RE LAUGHING.

Oooops. No more 5th Amendment protection for Hunter.

We're laughing at the people who believed Joe Biden when he said he wouldn't do what he has done because, you know, principles.

He flat out lied to your face for over year and all you can do is deflections about Trump.

The Democrat deflections are utterly pathetic. Fucking own it.

R's have ZERO moral high ground on pardon's. I know you are desperate for them to go after the Biden's (and probably the Clinton's, and anyone else who called your side 'deplorables'), but if there had been a shred of evidence that Biden had done anything close to illegal, and then tried to cover it up, your lot would have set Gym Jordan loose and rolled out an impeachment in a heartbeat.

Republicans had 4 whole years to some up with something, and when they couldn't find anything, they spitefully went after Hunter Biden for crimes rarely prosecuted at any level. Definitely shades of Joe McCarthy's persecution and attempted blackmail of Senator Lester Hunt for his son's minor digressions. Hunt went on to commit suicide as a result. lol "Your lot". I'm a Massachusetts Independent that has never voted for Trump. You're all such binary thinkers when it comes to this stuff, which is ironic when you think about it.

The ghost of Joe McCarthy! I'm crying. It'll be Torquemada next. The Gestapo with piano wire! Who knew Merrick Garland worked for Trump. It's confusing because I thought Democrats were hot stuff when it came to gun laws and everyone paying their fair share. Lead by example eh? It's what I'd expect society's superior people to do.

And if you thought Joe Biden was wrong for saying he would never pardon his son "for crimes rarely prosecuted at any level" you should have spoken out at the time. Did you? Or was it politically expedient for Biden and the Democrats to give the impression that Biden was above and beyond it all when it came to the administration of the law and respecting grand juries and juries - a nice contrast during the election run in to the lawless Donald Trump.

The New York Times has reported that leaders of a Canadian mining company with extensive U.S. uranium stakes made large donations to the Clinton family foundation at a time when Russia was acquiring the firm in a deal approved by the State Department under Hillary Clinton.

According to the report, Canadian records show that "a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation" as the Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom was in the process of assuming control of the Canadian company, Uranium One, in three transactions from 2009 to 2013.

The Times said the deal, which gave Russia control of one-fifth of the U.S. uranium production capacity, required approval by a committee composed of representatives of several U.S. government agencies. It said the State Department, under Clinton, "eventually signed off" on it.

The newspaper quoted a spokesman for Clinton's campaign as saying nobody "has ever produced a shred of evidence that she ever took action as secretary of state to support the interests of donors to the Clinton Foundation."

The Times said that Uranium One's chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.25 million, and that other people with ties to the company also had made donations.

It said that not long after Russia announced its intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Bill Clinton "received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock."

The New York Times report said it was unclear whether the donations played any role in approval of the deal, which advanced Russian President Vladimir Putin's goal of increasing the Russian share of the world uranium supply chain.
