Probably a matter of what they know they can prove. Might be a lot more difficult to prove he meant any of those.
First thing they do is arrest them for anything they can get an arrest warrant for fastest. Then they can get them in a room, sweat them, get them turning on each other, get warrants for their phones etc.
Then they can add more serious charges as they gather evidence. Or when higher ups make big strategic decisions like whether to charge them with felony murder because they were part of a crime that lead to the death of a police officer, or to use sedition charges, or the riot act or terrorist legislation because of the bombs.
They won't get off on misdemeanors.

What is worrying is the blatant conspiring by these huge and influential social media organisations like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Google and Apple joining the party by issuing pre-emptive strikes on Parler yesterday, the platform where Trump would have ended up.
The thing you seem not to be realising is that these platforms were used to plot last weeks terrorist attack and are being used to plan another on the 20th.
Twitter said in its statement that an attack was being planned by Q and Trump supporting accounts and thats why it purged thousands of them.
Apple and Google have banned Parler because that is where the planning and whipping up support for the next attack are taking place and they aren't interested in aiding those plans.
There is no conspiracy to deplatform trump - we already know the tech giants had big disagreements over handling his racist hate speech for the past 5 years. The reason they are all acting at the same time is to not to be involved in another attack which we actually have a hard date for.

Yeah on the whole it is a revolting law, however DC has felony murder and that cop wasn't just killed by 1 person caving his head in with a fire extinguisher. He was attacked by a mob.
