So you don't believe an open Southern border is not radical you daft **** you...
*checks notes*

So Trump did not build the wall he said mexico would pay for?

Or Trump embezzled the money from our taxes and no wall was built?

Or what happened to the wall? Was it a shit wall that didn't stop anyone?

Which one is it?

Oh and I'm not blaming you or your vote but the guy who was supposed to build the wall.. so don't take it personally.

American politics was always about making money for those in power, the difference now is that they are laying it all out for everybody to see.

Trumps getting his cut while all his minions set the agenda and take huge cuts for themselves, whether monetary, politically or societally.

Remember when they said he reacts to last person he speaks to, it’s because he’s been offered something so aligns to attain that offer.

Oh look, it's the reform voter backing another shitshow.
I’ve noticed a colleague aligning to Trump, even though they have nothing in common, and hated him prior to Reform coming along.

Thinks it’s the ICE thing. He’s not arsed about anything else but would like to see anybody of a different colour dragged out of the country. Interesting, as he’s not quite as olive as most of us pasty faced twats.

He’s a nice person but believes life owes him something, and believes that everybody is scrounging his taxes.

If only he knew.

Sounds like a **** to me.
What I mean is that they aren’t anything over the top, they’re just a run of the mill person who doesn’t quite realise that he is also claiming money from the state, and will be for all of their life.

Is this where we are, where empathy has gone for others because they are too worried about themselves, even if they are in the same boat?

That cookie picture was never more apt.

Once you rationaliz(s)e supporting simplistic extremist viewpoints as the solution to all of life’s problems (especially while absolving yourself from blame for your lot in life), it’s very hard to come off that belief set. Well nigh impossible in fact, because simplistic extremism is the Google Maps of how to think and live, if not your very reason for being. If you question it, or deviate from it, what do you have left to guide you? Little, or nothing.

This is how cults operate: wholesale dependency on doctrine and the leaders who tout it (who of course are nearly always in it for themselves).

Which is why biblical fundamentalists are still so supportive of Trump, and why the GOP started pursuing them as a voter base to begin with.

I don't think we can solve problems like these:

When you want liberal policies, but love MAGA

This is exactly who he voted for.
To be fair to the stupid naive ****, I don’t think too many expected an international isolationist to turn 180 degrees into a rabid territorial incursionist. But as I noted long ago, Trump is personally a roulette wheel, not a bell curve, which is precisely why voting for his “policies” was so fucking dumb.

I'd hope biblical fundamentalists would be saying that Trump should follow Christian morality (even their warped version of it) and not his own.
