Yeah saw that, apparently the losing candidate always tries it, although he's basically gotten his concession in early.Its a non story. By law if you are in line before the polls close the polls stay open until you vote. This is the first of many petty lawsuits they will file.

In presidential elections the polls are pretty spot on. Its not one poll. It is many polls in many states. If the overall average is wrong that doesn't necessarily have any affect. The polling in Florida has to be wrong. The polling in Ohio has to be wrong. The polling in North Carolina has to be wrong. It is easy for one poll to be wrong, but much more unlikely that hundreds of polls are all wrong.
Also, unlike Brexit, there are far less undecideds and also the divide is along party lines, where as Brexit voters werent confined to either of the main 2 political parties.
