They aren't going anywhere no but most countries in the region now recognise Israel and its right to exist. Many of these countries were in the process of normalising relations with Israel so none of them are going to go to war over this. This route to normalisation may explain why non-supporting actors decided to support Hamas in enacting a large scale terrorist attack on Israel.
It's obvious that they were directly or indirectly involved and they knew full well what the Israeli response would be. Clearly as a result the likes of Hamas, Houthis, Hezbollah, Iran etc don't give a toss about the Palestinians, they're just a useful pawn in a greater scale conflict.
What has happened over the last month or two has been nothing but a call to arms against Israel, this is because they want to attack the ideology of the existence of Israel. For the other state actors such as Russia it's about destabilising the west and diverting resources away from the war it is losing in Ukraine.
Having open wounds/unresolved conflicts makes it easier for Iranian backed groups or even Russian to take advantage of the situation. Of course they don’t care about Palestinians, same as the Russians don’t give a toss about the Syrians outside of the port in the Mediterranean that Assad leases them.
No true “normalization” will ever exist for Israel and its neighbors until this situation is nipped in the bud so bad actors like Iran and Russia will not always be able to take advantage.
