and lol @ anyone calling our win lucky...it was a late goal, where we had a clearly good goal disallowed for the 2nd game in a row. We could have had 4 or 5 if we had our finishing boots on.

Tbh, USA deserved to win the group just as much as England, and probably more based on their second half performance vs Slovenia.
England are a better team than the US, it's inaccurate to say otherwise. But nontheless, over the three games USA impressed the most.
No offence, England should have done a lot, lot better, winning the group easily. But we didn't, and that's that really.
