VAR - 2020/21

every fan feels victimised by the officials way before VAR, that will never change.
Liverpool have had the most VAR decisions go against them this season yet it’s constantly pushed that VAR is in place to help them. It just doesn’t add up.

If officials want to decide the game - the last thing they need is VAR - instead of just pointing to the spot at every dive or any tussle in the area - they have to have justification as they get a even better view of the incident, in slow mo, with the rest of the world also seeing what’s happened.

Again, I’m no VAR lover and I do understand so much of the criticism it gets - I’m just stuck in a mindset that if we scraped VAR it would be even more anarchy now, as we would have goals given miles offside, blatant dives given as penalty’s etc

simply, we have to keep improving VAR.
Never heard such absolute shite in all my time on here

you say this because you follow a nothing club. you will never get robbed in a CL quarter final , at worst it may be the difference between 10th and 11th for you.

I take it you were happy that every VAR decision in the second half of your game yesterday v the rags was correct in every way and you had no complaints against the officiating?

Absolutely shocking decision in my opinion not even a yellow, but with that wee prick Oliver involved I’m not surprised..
Can you imagine Dipper or rag players being sent off in that situation? Not a chance, Fred head butting on Wednesday (PSG player was a twat as well) was far worse and he got a yellow.

i don't .
Nor do I. Only celebrate when I think there's zero chance of VAR. Didn't celebrate our first yesterday as thought it might get done for offside.

Football existed quite happily for 130 years without this fucking abomination. It needs fucking right off, no ifs, no buts, bin the whole fucking thing. The joy of scoring and going ballistic has been taken off us. And we never asked for it.
