Pundits keep saying that VAR for offside is a "matter of fact" and not subjective. But that is just a lie because of the flaws in the technology.
As for the non pen, Gallagher on ref watch just said thats a decision for the on field ref,whats the point of var then? The ref was 20 yards behind play with zouma blocking his view, he should have been told to look at the monitor at least.

No but you are.I'm sure in the first half on Saturday, chelsea were attacking and a player looked offside but the liner never flagged, play carried on without a city player touching the ball, chelsea kept the ball and worked it to near the box where they got the free kick,but a replay showed they were originally off side,and they were allowed to take the free kick, that cannot be right.
