Would you want VAR scrapped?

The fact Moss and Webb have spoken to Wolves to apologise just takes the piss. I assume the officials will be demoted? Fined? Suspended? Made to justify their decision making? Or nothing. If I fucked up so bad at work my manager had to apologise on my behalf you can bet your bollocks to a barn dance that I’d be in front of HR

doing what it was brought in to do .
Correct Bill. Enabling their path to the title...

By the way it's ten years noe.... time for a banner? I'd really like that, if we were to start a ticking banner.

Tick Tock!!

The officials have been given next weekend off so Lee Mason can re-train them to be as subtly bent as he was to the scum.

Not a chance they’ll win the league, and if they did it would be far too obvious as to how they did it.

I’m hoping now the officials have been dropped from last night, these twats get some decisions against them this wee….and back in the room!

They have. Referee Simon Hooper, video assistant ref Michael Salisbury and assistant VAR Richard West haven't been selected for net weekend's round of PL games.

This is the second time in a matter of months that Salisbury has not 'been selected. Previous occasion was towards the end of last season so in reality twice in a very short space of time. At what point does an employer say to someone you are shit at your job, find a new one.

No I know, what I meant was I hope they now get some shit decisions against them this week to balance it out.

I'm sure someone on here said that clubs were against this hence why it wasn't implemented.
The person who said that couldn't say where that information was from though and I haven't been able to find any reports stating that anywhere.
The nearest I can find is that bringing in the semi automated offsides wasn't added to the agenda at the relevant meeting between the league and the clubs so it hasn't actually been discussed. There are hints that club chairmen didn't want it to be discussed but we don't know if that's in the same way that club chairmen vetted the appointment of the Premier League chairman, was it all the Premier League CEOs or just two or three? Who knows.

There's also some reports saying Howard Webb has blocked it's implementation as they're still discussing which parts of the body should be used to determine offside.

Like most things surrounding VAR, there hasn't been much clarity, discussion or sharing of information around this decision.
