I agree with complete transparency but I believe the bigger problem is consistency. Offside in one game is onside in another. That could be reduced with semi-automatic offsides but would still leave the "interfering with an opponent" aspect open to interpretation.
Handball decisions must be judged more systematically and there should now be sufficient examples from every angle for greater consistency to be achieved. Every time you see a defender running with his hands behind his back to avoid a potential handball call is an indication that those who apply the laws don't have a clue about human movement. As for defenders trying to jump with their hands by their sides......
Interestingly, there hasn’t been a single penalty awarded for handball so far this season in the Premier League
