And that's what football has come to. Like a dick I celebrated.
Seems to me that the only ones celebrating are PiGMOL and their cronies .

I think there should be a time limit as to how long they can spend analysing a decision. clear and obvious is not 2 minutes intense studyIt's taken all the spontaneity out of the game which has spoilt it for me. Whats happened to the clear and obvious error we were all told about. A couple of inches offside isn't clear and obvious imo, whether its for or against us.

It's definitely changed the way I watch football. I now often find myself watching for anyone in an offside position and the actual player on the ball is in my peripheral vision. It's taken all the spontaneity out of the game which has spoilt it for me. I just watched this on MOTD 2. Konsa was initially given a yellow card and was then sent off following a length VAR review by the ref looking at the monitor. OK.OK, here's one for you and its nothing to do with us.
Villa v West Ham. A Villa player clearly elbows a player in the face to stop him getting past. Ref nothing vreviewed by var nothing. BUT the seconds later the second defender appears to foul the attacker. He was outside the box not heading for goal, reviewed, red card as he was deemed to be in a goal scoring position !!! It's as though they were just making it up as they go along......oh they were!!! Ah that explains it.

In the leicester v arsenal game, Johnny Evans was given a yellow card for denial of a goal scoring opportunity. The subsequent consensus seems to be that it should have been a red but apparently there was no VAR review. Why not?
Laporte was given a straight red card for his denial of a goal scoring opportunity..I was at the game and it was not obvious to me if VAR reviewed it. The ref, Andre Mariner certainly did not go to look at the monitor. Why not?
It's all rather confusing and looks ideal for corruption.
