I do my brother lives in Columbia.
He visited Venezuela about 6 years ago with his misses.
Loved it.
10p a gallon of petrol.
Said Caracas was great.
His misses went back last year to check on her assets there.
She's trying to sell her house there.

You'd need a supertanker full to buy a house.
