Vested and Prejudicial Interests on Football Governing Bodies?

Does the UEFA Treasurer Have a Vested and Prejudicial Interest?

It seems a legitimate question to ask and debate.

PrestwichBlue has identified that UEFA's aggregate losses for the last 3 years were €58.1m. Adding back depreciation reduced that by €16.2m to €31.9m. The FFP maximum allowable loss is €30m. Have UEFA failed its own FFP test if it was to be applied to them ?

He also clarified that the maximum allowable loss was actually only €5m, but owners are allowed to meet additional losses up to the €30m limit. As UEFA does not have an owner as such, they are over the limit they set for clubs.

Who has overseen this? Yes, UEFA`s Treasurer, a current Director of Manchester United, former Finance Director and CEO of MUFC, who regularly sits in the Directors Box with the Glazers, Ferguson and Charlton.

So, does the UEFA Treasurer, who serves also on the most powerful and influential UEFA Committees, have a vested and prejudicial interest ?

Or is it just pure coincidence that UEFA`s new rules and regulations introduced when the football scene changed, just happen to favourably benefit Manchester United and, at the same time. just happen to significantly and detrimentally impact on Manchester City?

Where there's a Gill, there's a way....

Dodgy as fuck this. All three seem to have had 'correspondence' in between getting offered the job and starting that caused them to change their minds.....

The missing trio | The three candidates Premier League wanted as chief executive
Susanna Dinnage

The global president of Animal Planet was chosen in Nov 2018 to replace Richard Scudamore, but she decided not to take up the role on Dec 30.
Tim Davie
The chief executive of BBC Studios was offered the job in January after Dinnage pulled out, but decided he wanted to stay at the broadcaster.
David Pemsel
The Guardian Media Group chief executive was appointed last month, but has now stood down following allegations surrounding his private life.

My best guess for candidate number 4 is the current Brighton Chairman Paul Barber - I might even put a bet on it!

He was certainly on the UEFA investigations committee when they recommended banning us from European football and previously worked as a "security consultant" for the scandal-hit Qatari World Cup bid which was masterminded by Al Khelaifi before he landed his pivotal role at UEFA.
As highlighted by nobody in the rat infested media

Vested Interests - " The grasping, selfish clubs out to exploit this pandemic.."

The question has to be asked again. Who has been at the centre of this? Who is one of the principal influencers?

What role has Ed Woodward`s confidant and UEFA`s Treasurer, a current Director of Manchester United, former Finance Director and CEO of MUFC, fulfilled?

By regularly sitting in the Directors Box with the Glazers, their former highest profile manager and their club ambassador, all wearing club ties, it is publicly evident where his interest rests.

Take care everyone.
