If the rags had of wanted an early parade , before the seasons closure , then why couldn't they have gone for May 6th , a bank holiday .... if it was offered ????
There's no way they'd have been offered a Bank Holiday.

In 2011 the rags held a parade on a bank holiday ...... and there have probably been other occasions too.

But this time they won't have the trophy until after the Bank Holiday.

I did hear we weren't bothering this year?

The plan was to present the Cup should we win it, at a home game.

The squad fly out to the States pretty much after the Norwich game, so the window is very small.

I see United can't have the Town Hall or Albert Square!

Doing a post match FA Cup parade after the Norwich game would be the best solution here, pretty much everyone who was at the Final should really be at the Norwich game too and it ends the season on a real high. Just got to actually win the damn thing now!

I agree with this, full lap of honour with the FA Cup in hand after Norwich game would round the season off on high.
May keep full house in until the end

Rags are having one on Monday 13th - which is strange as the season isn't over. A date chosen to clash with a City homecoming with the FA cup (should we win of course)? And we can't have one on Tue or Wed as we are playing Reading.

I think they should and i would imagine they would bring the Community Shield along as well so not a bad idea tbh

I stand corrected then. Seems a bit shitty to ruin everyone's bank holiday for the sake of those wankers.

But as has been mentioned we couldn't really have a parade on the Monday anyway as the team would normally be travelling down to Reading to prepare for the match the following day.

Just read this morning that if City were to win the FA Cup that the club plan to do a victory parade.

Personally I am baffled. 2 years ago Yes, as it was our first trophy in a long time. Last season of course.

Would beating Watford, Stoke, Leeds, Barnsley, Chelsea, Wigan warrant this?
Christ, we've played some shite teams haven't we.
