Vieira [Merged]

Did any one watch the game? Vieira came on and did well, held the ball well, some good passing and created several chances.

He looked fitter as well.

Ireland has come on several times this season, and failed to get involved and have and impact on the game, which vieira did.

Did he not set up bellamy twice for very good chances, and lescott.

You must be joking!

He clearly didn't move from the touch line after coming on because he has no legs, and he definitely did not do another two great passes, adding to the several incredible through balls he did before he picked up his ban.

One thing's for sure, he didn't have any impact on the game or command us through a final spell of high pressure, which resulted in several great chances and an equaliser.

Re: Vieira

He may well be guilty of not being younger, but class stays with him, watch the way he always gets into space to take a pass, an then uses it to move the team forward..........nothing wrong with his brain, he looks for a through ball an keeps it simple when nothing is on, he was the difference between dropping three points and picking one up.

Don't get this. He was good yesterday when he came on, bossed it for me.

delusional !
It was vieira who laid the ball on for bellamy in the ball, he also played a through ball for him in another chance. He headed a ball in for the lescott chance.

Go and watch the game again, and get over what ever agenda you have.

We were in row 5 and a great view of everything, he did well when he came on, the only thing I would have said was he could have had a shot instead of turning away from goal. But still he played in 3 sweet passes and held the ball up well.

I thought the sarcasm was obvious enough. :(

Re: Vieira

He was superb yesterday. His passing was accurate as fook and he ran the midfield when he came on. Brilliant through balls to bellers as well.

He can't run. Sunderland midfielders strolled past him with ease.
