The trouble with a United is understandable because of the obvious rivalry and Liverpool were just vermin as to be expected but I didn’t think Villa fans could drop below their level!

Late kick offs don’t help. Should be no later than 3pm for finals. Strong lager and coke and late kick offs ain’t good for friendly banter.

I didn't think the scouse lot came anywhere near villa to be honest, villa were far worse scrotes in the main.
 
I was with my family and I experienced them trying trying to kick it off with us and others before and after the game with their obnoxious, gobby behaviour. Many of them.
 
Pre-match myself and my son spoke to several Villa fans. Polite and great company. What a different story on the tube/train after the game. Absolute arseholes. Thinking back though you remember the Villa fans behaviour coming out of Villa Park. Are they much worse than the Zulu's who have bad reputation? Roll on the Baggies.
 
Villa are nothing more than a set of wet lettuces. Sent me into a fit of giggles outside the ground in the 08/09 season when they were gobbing off outside the ground and one bloke put a real emphasis on the word FAR in the "we're by FAR the greatest team...." chant they have. I had also swallowed a lump of hash so we can blame that as well. I ate an industrial size bag of samosas when I got home that night.
 
I once was on the "shit on the villa" roll call in a Birmingham City fanzine, i didn't pay the £2 myself for the honour though.

Never got one bit of shit for wearing City stuff from any fans of any of the clubs in those days around the City, thing had mellowed out by the early 90s, but was amazed by how many Brummie Man Utd and Liverpool fans there were.

Plenty of fans act like dickheads on cup final day, and I experienced something similar after the 2011 cup final at a service station and had an episode with a middle aged stoke fan who was similar to the guy in question. Paranoid as fuck afterwards though. God knows what the Villa fan went through after this, he will be finding out hard to live with himself no doubt , glad they caught him and did him, it will be some solace for the kid and kid family, If the father had seen him at took action, no doubt he would have been in front of the beak too. "Taking the law into ones own hands is an aggravating not a mitigating factor" you are fucked whatever you do.
 
His name and photo is being circulated on social media. If there’s an employer then they’ll surely dismiss him to prevent reputation damage.

Although my former friend was a snide ****, I believe it all comes down to the Barry transfer that saw Villa become a selling club.

What goes around comes around. He’ll get it.
