A very good performance in the end, one that generally improved as the game progressed.

The defence was very solid, with both centre backs having excellent games.

Fernando looks as though he will be a very important player for us.

Silva was mostly sublime and definitely MotM but not the match winner: that was Yaya.

Aguero is just the most economical player; even if he should have had a hat trick.

Yes . Can't remember when we last played a game with crowd 10k below capacity. Oh yes 4 days ago. Villa fans are a decent lot going through a shit time.
