Villa Vs City Post Match Thread

How many mistakes did the referee and linesmen make yesterday? Not many. Certainly none of prominence. So well done Chris Foy and his team also.
Good point. We fucking slate them when they're shit, then only remember when they're shit and seem to ignore the fact they're good a lot of the time.

Think the linesman in front of our fans gave us a throw (inexplicably), but save for that there was very little to contend. In fact, it was a game that had very few real tackles, with the ball being given away by poor passing rather than being won back physically.

Spotted this cracking pic of Sergio yesterday;

I thought he was better than Silva, Milner's work rate today was amazing,

I wonder what some people watch, I really do.

So do I, Jamie Pollock had amazing workrate as well didn't mean he was any good did it?

have to say Fernando will be a vital cog in our attempt to retain the title loved the way we just shut up shop when he came on, and think Roma would not have had as much fluidity had he been fit

Fernando and Mangala were made for the Champions League.

When you watch City in Europe we are made to look pedestrian as other games step on the power and are in our faces everywhere on the pitch. Players like Yaya can't respond, but Mangala and Ferndando can. It was strange that Mangala did not play against Roma.

Or the Joe Hart song or the willy Caballero song.
Silva one mate cheers

Come on then, give us the Joe Hart song too!!! Worth airing I think
To the tune of that shite Achy Breaky Heart by Billy Ray Cyrus:
Don't sell Joe Hart, super Joey Hart,
I just don't think you understand.
That if you sell Joe Hart, super Joey Hart,
You'll have a fucking riot on your hands.
Six-one!

Not sure where the extra "Six-one" bit came from but it was there at Villa Park but I didn't hear it at Hull last week.

Can anyone who was there yesterday remember if there were any songs about Kean wanking his dog off? If not, shame on you all.
