It would be a disgrace if he gets in the team straight away. Stones and Otamendi partnership is getting better game by game and Netiher of them should unfairly get dropped just because kompany is back. We spent 50m on Stones and Otamendi has been amaizing so i think Vinny will be the 2nd choice from now on tbh

I'd guess he'll be used off/on until at least the new year. There's no need at this stage to put pressure on bis body.

I say he shouldn't get ahead of Stones and Otamendi as they've been brilliant. He should be used as a back up to these 2

I wonder if he will be available tomorrow. Press conference at 1.30pm according to BBC Football.

I hope they clarify what was reported about these so called toxins. Sounds like something lost in translation.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a back 3 being used at home against the "weaker" sides. It would avoid the need for the inverted full backs to pack the midfield and Fernandinho needing to drop into a deeper position.

Its impossible to know how this would play out but on paper it looks frightening to me.
