I'll buy that. There's only one boss in that dressing room and it isn't any of the players. If he has any inkling that VK or anyone else has been throwing their weight around in the past, he'll get rid of them at a time of his choosing.

I didn't want to bring up any sinister speculation previously, but yeah, I wouldn't rule something like that out at this stage.

Guardiola doesn't get to where he has without having a brilliant, cunning mind. It's all a bit cloaks and daggers to me and Vin's in a pretty tough spot all round at the moment.
