Vinnie is an intelligent person who will know he is no longer the top dog. I also believe he and Pep will have had many discussions. For all we know, he might be embracing this phased out approach as he considers his options (which might be away from sport altogether)

Life in the old dog yet. If we play physical sides who get it into the box he's still our best defender. If he's comfortable with a phasing out role he'll be here another two years

I can't. I think a role in the club beckons but he needs to prove himself as a coach before he is talked about in the same breath as Arteta or Pep. A role within the club even relating to Community Ambassador and then working with our academy would be where I would want him.

He is the ultimate role model. Been through it all on the pitch and the work he is currently doing for the homeless is inspirational and testament to his character. He has alao studied for a degree on the side which is a good lesson for academy players as they might not all make it.

Before that I hope he can play some more for us and I really wish we can win the CL for him and Silva to cap off their achievements. With another league title of course.
