Was a God among men in that defense at times, shame he had to go off again near the end. Would love for him to lift the title again
 
Should have been a red but Liverpool and Salah especially can fuck off. Brilliant performance from him and Stones.
 
Love his response when he was asked about that challenge on Salad...

That wry smile as he says “and the ref thought it was a yellow and who am I to disagree” needs to be a gif.
 
His leadership is something else, a true City legend who can still play at the highest lever. Class is permanent etc
 
Can't remember the last time he never got a yellow card in a game. If only he could cut out having to recover from something bad at least once a game. Tonight wasn't so much his fault but still.
 
Did anyone else feel he should have done better on the goal? He was right with Firmino, and then when the ball switched back seemed to forget he was there.

Other than that, was as good as he's been for us in a long time. Great mental strength.
