I don't know why City view Luiz as a weak link. He has been a top 5 defender in the Premiership this season. It is similar to how many pick on De Geay. He too is a top 5 goalie in the prem. Both have been instrumental to their clubs. They are by no means weak links for their teams. But hey, whatever floats the boat.
