No you are wrong Royal Family here are United fans. United in era of Fergie was considered as significance of youth promotion but City sign of consumerism. Pep liked here because of Croyff's legacy, but there is stilli nefative bias against City. Hope Van Dijk signing will avoid it.
Meh. Feyenoord liked us last I checked. The rest can fuck off.

I'd wager that Tosin will leave regardless, the only issue is whether Van Dijk would replace Otamendi or Kolarov. For me I hope it's the latter, but with Pepe seemingly leaving Madrid, a £35m offer for Otamendi would be great business.

Real Madrid have Jesús Vallejo coming back from loan next season. He'll probably round out their group of CB's along with Ramos, Varane, and Nacho.

I hope this is true, the guy is quality, tall, strong, dominating, comfortable on the ball, would be a great acquisition.

Kompany, Stones, VVD, Kolarov, and Tosin would be just fine.
You can't have Kola and Tosin. I think Pep loves Kompany as he will play when healthy, but not counting on him as anything more than a 4th CB.

With the sale of Mangala, and possibly Otamendi, plus cash... we may be able to bring in two CBs to pair with Stones and Kompany. VVD, LaPorte, Stones, Kompany would be nice. I don't think we'll need five as Pep will shrink the roster, and we'll play 3 at the back sometimes.

Kolarov? Come on I know the lad hasn't done too badly this season but him as 3rd/4th choice (depending on Vinny's fitness) is scary if you've got ambitions of winning the Champions League and the Premier League.

You don't spend £80m on a goalkeeper and attacking midfielder, probably another £80m on fullbacks and another £50/60m on Sanchez to leave yourself with Kolarov at centre back if you get 1/2 injuries.

I would keep Otamendi. Top 5 CB defender in Europes top league last I checked.
This can't be a serious post...

According to WhoScored stats? lol. Those & Squawka are universally mocked for a reason, they don't even publicly release their model (I'm guessing it skews highly towards total passes/pass completion). It's why stats are so frowned apart these days, people use the wrong stats & often misleading ones. Not to mention defenders & GK's (even more so) are still very hard to quantify using stats.

Have £100mil of CB's on the bench, naaaaah. Fuck Laporte, we don't want him anymore anyway. VvD, Kompany, Stones, Kolarov would be fine. Kolarov is a decent backup, especially since he covers LB too
