Virgin are great at bringing people on board, plenty of UK based contact, the minute you are signed up and have a problem it's all foreign call centres that don't have a clue, you ring them 3 times for the same problem and 3 times you will get different answers, the only other time you get to speak to someone in the uk is of you select the looking to leave optionI’d like to know this too
I’m in the process of cancelling and only have a few days left . No call from retention yet either
