I was there next to platty7 on the seats.

Thought it was gonna be bad news when we turned up at 1 and it took 20mins to get to the bar but ended up having such a good craic with everyone in there. Top stuff.

if you watch the video posted in this thread you can see us all doing the poznan on the seats for a breif moment. Had a great time but was a tad warm up there (I was the lad in the white t shirt and blue tie ) :)

I was there, front of the projector screen (Nearest the toilets) with a few other blues, next to the transexual and BF with the handlebar moustache.

I'd have been there but for the fact that superstition kicked in and decided to watch the match at the same place I watched us in the FAC semi and FAC final.
Now wish I had been there though, have always liked the Waldorf.

I was in the corner in desperation with TCIB from the 70th minute onwards, couldn't even watch 80th to 90th minute, glad i decided i would watch last 5 though

Great great day and while the place is a bit old skool it was brilliant

got there about 11.30am (DOYLE No.4 on shirt), guy on the door said there was no food today , so four of us (brother and my 2 sons)raided greggs across the road , dived back in the waldorf about 12 noon , place was rammed , took 15 mins to get served , ( we were doubling up rounds , 1st round £27 for 8 pints , not bad and a decent pint of john smiths/stella 4). Great atmosphere , jumped in a taxi to the ground about 2pm , couldnt get any tickets , so watched the match in the Townley , brilliant supporters and a brilliant day all round

Met some great Blues: Yaya Tony,TCIB, Boy Blue,Rammy etc.

Besides being in the Ground this was the place to be. Memories that will last a long time - far too many to list but highlights include;

"Blue 2112" kissing my Bald Head for good luck on his way out to the Etihad;

"Shoot me/10k" - after the Game having a little weep all alone.

"Toma" - openly crying Buckets on my Shoulder

"Billy Shears" and "Gazhino" nipping in a Spar and coming out with 4 Bottles of Champers before we blagged a Taxi to the Stadium.

Finished my Day off by meeting Longsight 13 and having another chat with GDM who had managed to get lucky with a Ticket at the last minute.

Lots more days like these ahead.
