He's bloody lucky they haven't booed him at the swamp because his performances have been shite most of the time, and if they weren't such pathetic lemmings they would surely have given him the treatment.

He is shite, he has about 2 or 3 decent performances a year where he finds some composure with his finishing. The rest of the time he just blasts the ball towards the general direction of the goal without looking and hopes it goes in.

Looks like he's dropping Bellingham for Henderson, OBVIOUSLY Mason Mount needs to protected at all costs. The only way Southgate knows is back foot. There was a period a season or so (?) ago when England were actually starting to play good football. I put this down to the players taking their club form and elements from their club coaches into interational football, which Southgate has drummed out of them. As far as waistcoat is concerned, you can't play expansive front foot football, you need to manage the game by doing fuck all and hoping you can get on the end of crosses.

Still no suggestion from Waistcoat that Foden will start against Wales. Probably bring him on at 80 minutes if we’re winning 4-0 or it will be Henderson if it’s still 0-0.
